I am a casual/sessional employee at JIBC, and the dates I worked at JIBC are not included on my payslip. How do I find out this information?
The dates worked in a pay period are available in the Hourly Pay History Details Report. Refer to section 5.0 in the Unit4 Web – Payslip User Guide for instructions on how to access this report.

If I were to resign from JIBC, would I still have access to my online payslip?
No, after you resign from JIBC, your Unit4 Web access will be deactivated. Ensure that any payslips you will need to refer to past your last day at JIBC are either saved to a personal device or printed. If your last payslip is not available until after your last day of work at JIBC, it will be printed and mailed to you.

Which payslip will be the first to appear online in Unit4 Web?
September 24, 2021, payday; all paydays following this date will be online – JIBC employees will no longer receive printed/mailed payslips (Exception: In the case of termination, if an employee’s payslip is not available until after their last day of work at JIBC, their payslip will be printed and mailed to them.)

I am a BCGEU employee and I am eligible to bank overtime hours. Where on my payslip can I find information regarding this balance?
Your overtime balance will be available on your payslip beginning with the January 28, 2022 pay date. The overtime balance details are found in the “Time Bank” section of the payslip. Please refer to section 3.2 in the Unit4 Web – Payslip User Guide for further information.

How do I access my T4?
For current employees, T4s are accessed through Unit4 Web. For terminated employees, or if you do not have a JIBC email, your T4 will be mailed to the address JIBC has on file. You can login to Unit4 Web using your active directory credentials (Windows login). Instructions on how to login are available in section 1.0 of the Unit4 Web – Basic User Guide. Users can also watch a video on logging into Unit4 Web.

Your T4 will be available to you in Unit4 Web for two (2) calendar years.

Will my T4 from previous years (2020 or earlier) be available in Unit4 Web?
No, if you require a copy of your T4 from 2020 or earlier, please click the Request Service button on this page and complete the Unit4 Project Online Payslip Support form. For your Problem Type, please select “Online T4” and explain in the Details which T4 year you are requesting.

If I need a copy of my T4 from 2021 or later, but it is no longer available in Unit4 Web (it has been more than two years), how do I request it?
Please click the Request Service button on this page and complete the Unit4 Project Online Payslip Support form. For your Problem Type, please select “Online T4” and explain in the Details that you are requesting a copy of your T4 year that is no longer available.

All active JIBC employees, with a JIBC email, have access to Unit4 Web. You can login to Unit4 Web using your active directory credentials (Windows login). If you do not have a JIBC email, your T4 will be printed and mailed.

Can my T4 be emailed to me?
By request, in exceptional circumstances with a valid reason (such as Unit4 access issues), only. Note that your T4 will only be emailed to your JIBC email address. Please click the Request Service button on this page and complete the Unit4 Project Online Payslip Support form. For your Problem Type, please select “Online T4” and explain in the Details that you are requesting an emailed copy of your T4 to your JIBC email address, including the exceptional circumstances for this request.
