If you haven't taken courses at the JIBC in a long time and you aren't in a program, your student account will be deactivated. All of your student information is retained, but you won't be able to login or register for courses until you reactivate your account.
You can use this form to submit a request to reactivate your student account. If your account is located, you'll receive an email containing a link. Click the link to initiate the reactivation. If successful, you'll receive another email (usually within an hour) notifying you that your account has been reactivated and you can reset your password and login again.
