How to Access Advanced Settings for a Shared Mailbox
Task:
Change Automatic replies, inbox rules...etc for a shared mailbox
Prerequisites (if applicable):
You will need access to the shared mailbox before you can make changes. Contact the system administrator if you do not have access.
Instructions:
- From a web browser, go to https://outlook.office.com
- Login with your JIBC credentials.
- In the top-right corner of the Outlook interface, click on your profile picture, then select Open another mailbox.
- Type the email address for the mailbox you want to open (you can select it from the autocomplete list if it appears).
- A new tab will open in the context of the shared mailbox.
- In this new tab, click the Gear icon at the upper right corner of the window.
- Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
- Click the feature you would like to change.
- Click Save when you are done.
