Instructions:
- Begin by going to:
https://mycolleague.colleagueservices.ca/
- From there, select the 'Forgot Password' button:

- On the following window select the Reset Password button:

- The next window will require you to enter your Colleague username, and your JIBC email. Once entered select 'Next:'

You will receive a confirmation on the screen:

- An email will then be received with a link for resetting your password. Please select "Click here to reset your password."

- The link will open up a new browser and from there, you can enter your new password. Once entered please select Reset My Password:

- When successfully updated you will get the following message:

- You can now login to Colleague here:
