Colleague Password Reset

Task: 

Reset your password for Colleague

Prerequisites (if applicable): 

Credentials for Colleague

Instructions:
  1. Begin by going to:
    https://mycolleague.colleagueservices.ca/
     
  2. From there, select the 'Forgot Password' button:

     
  3. On the following window select the Reset Password button:

     
  4. The next window will require you to enter your Colleague username, and your JIBC email. Once entered select 'Next:'

    You will receive a confirmation on the screen:

     
  5. An email will then be received with a link for resetting your password. Please select "Click here to reset your password."

     
  6. The link will open up a new browser and from there, you can enter your new password. Once entered please select Reset My Password:

     
  7. When successfully updated you will get the following message:

     
  8. You can now login to Colleague here:

Outcome: 

You will be able to reset your Colleague password and login to UI5.
