Colleague Password Reset

1. Begin by going to:
   https://mycolleague.colleagueservices.ca/
    
2. From there, select the 'Reset My Password' link:
   
    
3. The next window will require you to enter your Colleague username, and your JIBC email. Once entered select 'Submit Request':
   
   
   You will receive a confirmation on the screen:
   
    
4. An email will then be received with a link for resetting your password. Please select "Click here to reset your password."
   
    
5. A new window/internet tab will open up and ask you to re-enter your email address under "Please enter your email address to confirm your request". Click "Next"
   
    
6. The link will open up a new browser and from there, you can enter your new password. Once entered click Reset My Password:
   
    
7. When successfully updated you will get the following message:
   
    
8. You can now login to Colleague here:
   https://jibc-production.colleagueservices.ca/ui/home/index.html
