Task:
Sometimes, users are not able to log in to WebAdvisor, even though the service is operational. This is usually due to the browser retaining stale data.
Prerequisites (if applicable):
None.
Instructions:
If you're using Chrome, do the following:
- Click the the three dots in the top right corner, then click Settings.
- Go to the following address:
chrome://settings/siteData?searchSubpage=webadvisor.jibc.ca
It should show webadvisor.jibc.ca and the number of cookies.
- Click the delete icon (garbage can).
- Open another tab and go to https://webadvisor.jibc.ca.
If you're using Microsoft Edge,do the following:
- Click the the three dots in the top right corner, then click Settings.
- Go to the following address:
edge://settings/siteData
- In the search box, enter
webadvisor.jibc.ca
. It should show webadvisor.jibc.ca.
- Click the down arrow next to it and then click the delete icon (garbage can).
- Open another tab and go to https://webadvisor.jibc.ca.
