ILP Grading in a Section

Summary

This article explains how to access the new ILP grading tool in Blackboard Learn in order to push grades to Colleague. This article pertains to sections starting on or after January 1, 2024.

Body

  1. Go to Course Management > Control Panel > Course Tools and select ILP SaaS Grading 24WI.

  2. Grade screen will display. Confirm grades are correct then click Submit. To submit some grades and not others, remove the unwanted grades from the Final column before submitting.

You can grade users as they complete a section. Previously submitted grades will have a check mark in the submitted column.

Errors

  • User is not (a) Lead Instructor in Blackboard course AND (b) either Grader or Lead Instructor in Colleague section. Both (a) and (b) must be true to access ILP grading.

  • Grade scheme in Blackboard does not match grade scheme set in Colleague.
