Switch speaker and/or mic input in Teams

To change the microphone and speaker inputs in the desktop version of Microsoft Teams, follow these instructions:

1. Launch the Microsoft Teams application on your desktop.
2. Log in to your Teams account if prompted.
3. Once you are logged in, click on three-dots beside your profile picture or initials at the top right corner of the application window.

4. In the drop-down menu, select "Settings"

5. In the Settings window, click on the "Devices" tab on the left-hand side.
6. Under the "Audio devices" section, you will find the "Speaker" and "Microphone" input settings.
   - To change the microphone/speaker input, click on the drop-down menu under "Microphone" and select your desired microphone from the list of available devices.
   - To change the speaker output, click on the drop-down under "Speaker" and select your desired speaker device from the list.

* Note : You can also let teams automatically assign the microphone and speaker for computer by choosing your desired device from the very  first  drop-down  just below “Audio Devices ” 
7. After testing, simply close the settings window to save your changes.
