Changing Call Answering Rules (when you're on another call)

  1. In Teams, click Settings and more in the top right corner of the Teams window. This appears as an ellipsis (…).

  2. From the drop-down menu, click Settings. The Settings window is displayed.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Click Calls from the menu on the left-hand side.

  4. Click the drop-down menu for When you're in a call and receive another call option.
  6. Choose either Play a busy signal or Redirect as if call is unanswered option.
