Instant Enrollment via Self-Service

Enroll in a course via Self-Service Instant Enrollment. 

Students will require a JIBC student number and password.

1. ---

   Login to Self-Service.
   
   
    
2. Upon logging in, click Register & Pay for Continuing Studies from the tile or the left-hand navigation pane.
   
   
    
3. Both options will take students to the Course Catalog where they can begin their search
   
   
    
4. Select Meeting Start Date or After and Meeting End Date.
   * Meeting Start Date or After must be current date or later. Otherwise, a message is displayed.
   
   
5. Enter a full or partial Course Code Number.
    
6. Select a Location.
    
7. Click Search.
   
   *Leaving the Course Code Number and Locations fields blank then clicking Search will allow for a display all available courses.
   
   You will then be taken to the Search for Sections page where you can select your course.
    
8. This will take you to the search results in Self-Service Instant Enrollment.
   
   
    
9. On the Search for Sections page, the Filter Results column on the left-hand side allows applicants to narrow down search results.
   
   
   
    
10. Click the Course Name to view section details.
    
    
    
    
    
    Click Close once done viewing.
     
11. Once the correct course has been found, click Select and Add Section to add it to the cart.
    
    
    
    
     
12. A confirmation message will be displayed once the course has been added to your cart.
    
    
    
    Click Next, to proceed. 
     
13. Complete the required information.
    
    
    
    
    
    Once all required information is completed, click the Submit button. If the Submit button is disabled, go back, and make sure that you have entered all the required information.
     
14. Complete the Additional Details page. 
    
    
    
    Click Submit.
     
15. Confirm course information and payment details are correct, select payment method and click Proceed to Payment.
    
    
     
16. Click Pay Now. 
    
    
     
17. Fill out payment information.
    
    
    
    Click Pay Now.
     
18. Upon successful processing, a Class Payment Acknowledgement will be received. 
    
    
    
    
    
    *A copy of this confirmation will also be sent to the email provided above.
     

Successfully enroll in a course via Self-Service Instant Enrollment.
